Seaham Hall is marking its 25th year on the Durham Coast with up to 25% off autumn stays.
Each one leans into a different side of what the resort on Lord Byron’s Walk does best: a new £1m Zen Garden spa, suites that look straight out over the North Sea and seasonal dining in Harvey’s Bar.

WHY VISIT SEAHAM HALL
Seaham Hall itself is worth the trip before you even get to the offers. The Georgian country house sits right on the cliffs above the Durham Coast, with a history tied to Lord Byron, who married in the grounds in 1815.
Inside, Serenity Spa carries an AA five-star rating and a Good Spa Guide bubble award with a brand new Zen Garden set to impress. While the resort’s two restaurants, The Dining Room and the Japanese-inspired Geko, work through produce from the North East.
It’s also a TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice hotel and a North East Tourism Awards gold winner, so the reputation isn’t just marketing spin. Suites look straight out over the North Sea, and the whole place is built for slowing down for a night or two.
SEAHAM HALL’S 25TH ANNIVERSARY: WHAT’S NEW THIS AUTUMN
Alongside its usual autumn programme, Seaham Hall has put together a handful of offers worth knowing about this season. Two packages, Relax, Reconnect and Retreat and The Autumn Spa Stay, mark the resort’s 25th anniversary specifically, both carrying a 25% saving and midday check-in for the earliest spa access of any offer on the site. A third, Midweek at Harvey’s, runs separately from the anniversary pricing, built instead around a proper night in the restaurant.
MIDWEEK AT HARVEY’S (DINE)
Midweek at Harvey’s is the pick if you want dinner to be the main event. You’ll receive £100 per room towards food in Harvey’s Bar, along with a complimentary bottle of house wine to go with it. Breakfast the next morning comes either in the Dining Room or up in the suite for a small tray charge, and spa access runs from 3pm on arrival day through to 12pm on departure, the resort’s standard check-in time rather than the anniversary packages’ earlier access.
Prices start at £495, based on two adults sharing an executive suite.
RELAX, RECONNECT AND RETREAT (SPA AND DINE)
Relax, Reconnect and Retreat puts the spa first. The stay includes a 60-minute TempleSpa Top to Toe ritual, £50 per person towards dinner in Harvey’s Bar, and breakfast in the Dining Room or suite. Spa access starts from 12noon on arrival rather than the usual 3pm check-in, so there’s time to fit in a treatment before dinner.
With the 25% anniversary saving included, prices start at £566.26 for two adults sharing an executive suite.
THE AUTUMN SPA STAY (SPA AND STAY)
The Autumn Spa Stay was built specifically for the 25th anniversary and is the most spa-led of the three. It includes the same 60-minute TempleSpa Top to Toe ritual, a full English breakfast (or breakfast in bed for a tray charge), and spa access from 12pm on arrival to 12pm on departure.
The 25% anniversary saving applies here too, with prices starting at £466.25 per person.
