Try this viral TikTok taco recipe

Spicy shrimp rice paper tacos have been all over our FYP and they look absolutely incredible.

INGREDIENTS

Spicy shrimp

1/2 pound shrimp, cooked and chopped

3 tbsp Mayo

1/2 tbs siracha

Squeeze of lime juice

1/2 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp soy sauce

Slaw

1 cup purple cabbage

1/2 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp rice wine vinegar

Drizzle of honey

Squeeze of lime juice

Salt

Rice paper

Oil

METHOD

Start by mixing together slaw and spicy shrimp, set aside.

Add oil to a pot (about 2 inches deep). Cut rice paper into 4 quadrants, dip paper into oil and fry until crisp. Should only take a few seconds.

Place onto a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Load shells up with slaw, shrimp, avocado and more spicy mayo. Enjoy!
