Baltic sets up a cycling skills track as part of its Big Family Summer programme, running from 10.30am to 2pm.
Expert Cycling Leaders from North East Young Dads & Lads guide families through a cone course and skills activities suited to all abilities, with a limited number of bikes available to borrow, though bringing your own is encouraged where possible.
Whether you’ve never ridden before or just feel a bit rusty, the friendly leaders are there to build confidence at your own pace. One place must be booked per person attending, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
