Ice Skating at Life – Newcastle
Life’s much-loved open-air ice rink returns to Times Square for another festive season.
Set on real ice right outside the Life Science Centre, in the heart of the city, it’s a Newcastle Christmas tradition and the ultimate way to get into the festive spirit, whatever your age or ability.
Sessions last around an hour. There’s plenty on throughout the run too, from calmer relaxed sessions and festive Pyjama Skates to themed nights soundtracked by ABBA, Olivia Dean and Geordie anthems. Booking ahead is recommended, and a flexi-ticket lets you change your plans if you need to.
