Wild Flower Picking – Northumberland

Bamburgh Wyld Flowers opens this Friday 24th July, a pick-your-own flower field where visitors can wander at their own pace and fill a jar with over 14 varieties of wild flowers.

Set against sweeping views towards the Cheviot hills, the field is kept deliberately relaxed, with numbers on site limited to keep things peaceful and stem choice plentiful.

Bookings run on Fridays, Sundays and Wednesdays, and it works equally well as a relaxed family day out or a quiet afternoon spent choosing blooms for a special occasion, though booking a time slot is recommended given the limited parking and restricted numbers.
