THREE EXTRAORDINARY WORKS, ONE UNMISSABLE EVENING
Created during Rambert’s centenary year, This is Rambert brings together three distinct contemporary pieces that capture the energy, questions and emotions shaping the world right now.
First up is Hop(e)storm by renowned French collective (LA)HORDE, a visually explosive work that transforms dance into an act of resistance and collective energy. Blending the infectious rhythms of Lindy Hop with the intensity of rave culture, it’s a performance packed with momentum and power.
Next is Gallery of Consequence by Emma Evelein, which turns an airport terminal into a striking metaphor for life’s defining choices. Through movement, sound and emotion, it explores the moments that shape our futures and the paths we choose to take.
Completing the evening is Crimson by acclaimed director-choreographers Bobbi Jene Smith and Or Schraiber. Moving between what is seen and what remains hidden, it creates an intimate and emotionally charged world where dance and theatre collide.
Together, these three works offer a compelling snapshot of contemporary dance today – ambitious, inventive and impossible to ignore.
