Inspired by Victorian Winter Gardens but with a contemporary twist, it’s unlike other Newcastle wedding venues, offering a beautiful botanical escape from the winter chill outside.
Step inside and enter a lush tropical paradise, where hundreds of vibrant plants surround you, a gentle indoor waterfall provides a soothing soundtrack and golden chandeliers shimmer on polished wood floors.
Although stunning in summer, it transforms in winter into a warm, inviting oasis, bathed in soft afternoon light. This enchanting space provides the perfect backdrop for romantic vows, intimate celebrations and memories that’ll last a lifetime.

GOLDEN HOUR CEREMONIES
Imagine saying “I do” as tropical vines frame your ceremony, the golden light spilling across the room. With ceremony times at either 3pm or 4pm, you can perfectly capture the magic of the golden hour.
After the vows, your guests can unwind in a private lounge or outdoor area while the team transforms the space for the wedding breakfast. Accommodating 50 to 120 friends and family, The Garden Room is fully wheelchair accessible, offering an intimate yet spacious setting that ensures everyone feels included in your celebration.

No wedding is complete without incredible food, and The Biscuit Factory is famous for its wedding breakfasts. You choose from a seasonal three-course menu, carefully crafted by the head chef and paired with wine for an elegant dining experience.
