We caught up with Ryan to find out more…

“We’re scrapping the old membership model. It was built for maintenance, and honestly, it just wasn’t working anymore. Clients either couldn’t afford to continue or didn’t see the long-term value because the results required more ongoing care than they expected.”

Instead, RT Aesthetics is launching a comprehensive new subscription service, set to go live later this year. The programme begins with an upfront joining fee, then offers tiered monthly plans, each providing access to a set of clinically proven treatments.
You’ll receive all your initial sessions upfront, ensuring results-driven care from day one, then continue monthly with a personalised maintenance and improvement plan.
“We found people were opting for cheaper treatments that didn’t work for them,” Ryan explains. “We’d advise them against it, but cost would influence their choice. This new model means clients get the best treatment for them, not the cheapest, but the most effective within their budget.”

A NEW PHILOSOPHY IN AESTHETICS
Founded nearly a decade ago by Ryan, a former nurse, RT Aesthetics was born out of personal experience. “I had my own struggles with body image and went through treatment myself,” he says. “But I had to travel to Manchester because nothing was available in the North East. That’s why I opened this clinic – so others wouldn’t have to do the same.”
Today, RT Aesthetics is known for bringing cutting-edge London- and US-based treatments to Newcastle, often at significantly reduced costs, so much so that clients actually travel nationally to access their affordable prices.
The clinic’s most popular treatment, the Emerald Laser, is a prime example. FDA-cleared with over 24 approvals (more than any other body-contouring device globally), Emerald offers fat loss of six–nine inches through a non-invasive, 360-degree circumference treatment, with zero reported side effects.
“Emerald doesn’t just reduce fat,” says Ryan. “It improves sleep, increases energy and can even improve mood. It’s a light-based treatment that boosts ATP production at the cellular level. Clients feel more energised – and when you feel better, you live better.”
Another standout is the Emsculpt Neo, exclusive to RT Aesthetics in the North East. It targets muscle building and fat reduction simultaneously, and will soon include new ways for treating sciatica, joint pain and arthritis.
FROM AESTHETICS TO WELLNESS
For Ryan, the line between aesthetic improvement and overall wellness is intentionally blurred.
“We don’t do Botox or fillers,” he says. “That’s not our brand. We’re about long-term transformation—from the inside out.”
Future innovations include biological age testing and the launch of a new treatment called EXO Mind, a brain-stimulating device designed to improve mood using magnetic energy.
“It’s about treating you as a whole,” says Ryan “We want to enhance the skin, body and mental wellness – not just mask ageing like Botox and filler treatments do.”
The clinic is also developing its own custom software and mobile app, investing over half a million pounds into the platform. You will have access to skincare education, certifications, treatment tracking anddirect communication with the clinic – all in one place.

Transparency and education are at the heart of RT Aesthetics’ mission. Ryan encourages clients to research treatments, check for FDA and CE Medical certifications, and consult platforms like The Tweakments Guide – or even TikTok – to see real results.
“We get a lot of clients from outside Newcastle – London, Edinburgh – because they know we’re using medically certified devices and techniques backed by real science,”
he explains.
With a minimum 12-month subscription and a unique ‘Happiness Guarantee’ that offers continued treatment until results are achieved, RT Aesthetics is putting its confidence – and its care – on the line.
