WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
You can choose from a selection of mouth-watering mains, each bringing a unique island flair to your plate:




- Birria Picanha Beef: brined in birria spices and finished with a flavourful crust, served pink or well done.
- Charred Huli Huli Chicken: marinated overnight, oven-baked, and finished on the BBQ with a delicious huli huli glaze.
- Confit Kalua Belly Pork: marinated for eight hours and finished over charcoal for that perfect smoky flavour.
- Macadamia Nut & Mushroom Loaf: A vegetarian delight with shiitake, hen of the woods, and portobello mushrooms.
All these delicious options are served with crispy roast potatoes, creamy mash, agave and maple roasted heritage carrots, lau lau greens, Yorkshire pudding and a unique soy-infused gravy. It’s Sunday lunch like you’ve never experienced before.

When you didn’t think it could get any better, you can elevate your meal with delectable sides like togarashi and honey glazed pigs in blankets, creamed charred corn, and huli huli cauliflower cheese. Want a little extra? Add an extra Yorkshire pudding, or even upgrade to two or three meats.
