Beneath the city lights, in the depths of subterranean Newcastle, lies the beating heart of culture and voice – WC Newcastle.

An unused Victorian WC has been transformed into Newcastle’s latest independent wine and cocktail bar. Serving a bespoke wine list, bar snacks and elegant cocktails.

WC is also opening a new venue, the WC Gin Closet, which is a renovation of the old Ladies’ toilet on High Bridge St – creating what will be the UK’s smallest Gin Bar.

Inside, the venue has a capacity of 16 people and has a dark, opulent, speakeasy vibe. They stock a carefully-curated selection of different Gins from around the world giving customers the option to try something different or attend a gin tasting experience.
