Cake Stories is a family-owned coffee house and cakery business based in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

Everyone was familiar with their much-loved store and cafe in Jesmond (which closed in 2024 to allow the team to focus on other things), but did you know about their super cute location in the Clocktower at Hoults Yard, Byker? This bright and colourful space is the new go-to to get your cake fix and is also a great place to meet friends for coffee, tea, cocktails, delicious brunch & lunch and amazing afternoon tea!

Wanna share the love further afield? You can also order their iconic Brownios online and have them posted out to you and your loved ones.

Cake Stories now also supply over 250 coffee shops across the UK, all from their bakehouse across town, so if you think you’ve spotted them out and about, you probably have!
