We’ll kick things off with a big sweaty workout with GFC’s Sas (expect a twist on our usual WOD). Then tap into your calm with breathing techniques, yoga flow, guided meditation and deep relaxation with GFC’s Kristy.
All this alongside a carefully curated playlist of banging beats and euphoric sounds. After the sweat, it’s time for the slice. Northern Slice will serve up their delicious pizzas and your choice of beverage to refuel and enjoy the good chats.
