Friends Day 2026 – Northumberland
Friends of Vindolanda members are invited to Friends Day 2026, running across both Roman Vindolanda Fort & Museum and the Roman Army Museum & Magna Fort.
Throughout the day, excavations take place at both Vindolanda and Magna, with updated exhibitions in the activity centre and a recent finds case update in the museum. In the yurt, explore the Mani Kambo x Zig Zag Days exhibition, a new contemporary art installation created in the landscape of Magna Roman Fort.
