The Sun & Moon Month – Gateshead
Cool Girl Clubhouse and The Staiths Cafe join forces for The Sun & Moon Month, a month-long celebration of womanhood, cyclical energy and female-led North East businesses.
Taking initial inspiration from the menstrual cycle, the concept explores the changing energies often associated with the follicular, ovulatory, luteal and menstrual phases, with the Sun representing energy, confidence, movement and connection, and the Moon representing rest, reflection, creativity and comfort.
Across the month, visitors can take part in tarot readings with Rituals Revived, Moon Book Clubs and crochet with Between the Lines, Zumba, CHASE THE SUN 5K with KWRIGHT FITNESS, Sun and Moon yoga, The Pilates Shot, a free Sun Bootcamp with Embers of Strength, and a limited edition Sun & Moon cookie drop. Two limited edition iced coffees join the menu too, The Sun combining orange, vanilla cold foam and honey drizzle, and The Moon bringing together amaretto, chocolate and cherry, alongside The CGC Edit, a selection of Cool Girl Clubhouse favourites from local independent brands, and a limited edition CGC x Seri Studios Sun & Moon sticker collaboration.
