SUP Yoga and Meditation in Cullercoats Bay

Find your balance on the water with our Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga sessions, held in the tranquil setting of Cullercoats Bay.

This unique class blends gentle yoga with the rhythm of the sea, offering a playful yet grounding experience that builds core strength, improves balance, and encourages mindfulness. We will paddle you out to our anchor up dock in the calm waters, flowing through a series of accessible yoga postures on the board.

No paddleboarding or yoga experience is necessary—just a sense of adventure and a willingness to get a little wet!
