You’ll begin with an energising yoga flow, followed by two unique experiences:
– A wild ‘Steam and Salt’ sauna combined by cold sea dips to enliven the senses!
– Fireside breathwork and meditation against the soothing sound of the hand pan
The session will come to a close with some warming cocao overlooking the sea.
