Peter Rabbit: Tales on the Tyne – Paint Your Own Birdhouse – Newcastle
The space by St Oswald’s Hospice in Ouseburn hosts a Paint Your Own Peter Rabbit Birdhouse workshop, inspired by the Peter Rabbit trail sculptures across Newcastle and North Tyneside.
You’ll decorate a wooden birdhouse inspired by Beatrix Potter’s much-loved storybook, with all paints, brushes and materials provided, just bring your imagination.
You’ll also get the chance to shop official trail merchandise, meet both little and large trail sculptures, and enjoy refreshments from the pop-up cafe on site. Each workshop is £15 per person, with the money raised helping St Oswald’s Hospice care for local people and their families. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who don’t need a ticket themselves unless they want to paint too.
