Paper Pop Ups – Whitley Bay
Pop-up cards are a small marvel, flat paper that springs into shape the moment you open it, and this hands-on hour lets children make their own.
They colour, cut and fold crafty papers into bright cards, and every one turns out a little different.
Run by artist Suzie Winsor upstairs at The Bound, the workshop keeps groups small, eight children at most, each paired with an adult, with all the papers, scissors and glue provided. Best for ages four to 11.
