Newcastle Coastal Crawl 2025 – Spanish City Plaza

A huge crowd of people gather at Spanish City in Whitley Bay. They are all dressed in orange t-shirts with Maggie's across the front. They raise their hands and cheer at the camera.

Take part in this 6km walk to raise money for Maggie’s at the Freeman Hospital – a charity that supports people with cancer and their family and friends.

The meeting point is Spanish City in Whitley Bay, where there will be live music, t-shirts and signs to get you in the walking mood!

From there, you’ll continue along the coast towards North Shields, stopping halfway for a moment of reflection at St George’s Church, Cullercoats.

The walk will finish at North Shields Fish Quay, where you’ll be greeted with medals, photos, foam finger high-fives and complimentary pizza! A fun way to get your steps in while supporting a fantastic cause.
