NE1’s Screen on the Green – Old Eldon Square
Sit back and relax into a deckchair as Old Eldon Square becomes an open-air cinema this summer.
Showing two to three free films a day from July to September, this is a wholesome activity to enjoy with friends, family or on a solo date!
You can also catch live sports on certain days, including Wimbledon, the British Grand Prix and Tour de France.
The Toddler Takeover will also return with screenings of Julia Donaldson book adaptations, juice cartons and cosy rugs. When they need to let off some steam, take them to one of the interactive outdoor play spaces like Tiny Toon!
