Mini Movers – Whitley Bay
Flock and Owen Whitmore PT launch Mini Movers, a sports day-style session for little ones aged 5 to 8.
Expect a mix of fun challenges and games, all led as a group session with plenty of running about and team spirit. The group meets at Flock before walking together to the park, with the session itself starting at 10:30am.
Ticket price includes one child, one adult and a babycino or juice box for your little one, a nice easy way to get outside and burn off some energy together.
