Introduction to Patisserie by Pink Lane Bakery – Newcastle
Pink Lane Bakery hosts a full-day Introduction to Patisserie at its training workshop in Baker’s Yard, just 10 minutes from Gosforth High Street.
Led by the bakery’s skilled pastry chefs, the hands-on course takes you from the basics of sweet pastry through to filling and finishing a range of bakes, including tartlets and layered cakes, with plenty of demonstration, discussion and time to get stuck into the making yourself. Tea, coffee and pastries are provided on arrival, along with a salad and sandwich lunch enjoyed alongside your first creations.
You’ll go home with everything you’ve made, a goodie bag of recipes, and a full programme is emailed out a week ahead of the course.
