Breakfast BURN by the River with YANA Active & The Dashpoint

At YANA Active, we love bringing like-minded people together through their love of wellness, sustainability, community and activewear.

For our next collaboration event, we’ve teamed up with The Dashpoint to bring you Breakfast BURN By The River!

Bailey, the founder and owner of The 108 Studio, will lead one of the studio’s signature classes: BURN. This high-intensity, full-body workout blends Pilates-inspired movement with strength training to build core strength, tone muscles, and boost enduarance. Set to energising music, BURN will leave you sweaty, strong and empowered.

Followed by breakfast protein oat pots from Olive Coffee Co. and refreshments including coffee.

The ticket includes a workout, coffee, breakfast pots, and a goody bag with wellness treats.
