It’s your chance to see chef Jon Fell up close and personal as he prepares a variety of dishes using AEG technologies, with a drop-in format that makes it easy to pop by whenever suits.
Expect an immense menu of tasters throughout the day, including slow-cooked beef short rib with chive mash and tender stem broccoli, sweet potato and lentil curry with naan bread, triple chocolate brownie and so much more.
