Cocktails, live music and panoramic views – 3Sixty is Newcastle’s most refined day-to-night rooftop lounge

Perched at the top of Newcastle’s tallest building, 3Sixty has quietly become the city’s most boujee dining and entertainment destination.
Not just a restaurant, not just a bar, but a full experience that changes with the time of day, the occasion, and the company you keep.
26 storeys above the city, 3Sixty is the only rooftop lounge in Newcastle where the skyline stretches in every direction.
A menu for every moment
What sets 3Sixty apart is its extraordinary range. This is a venue that works for a lazy Sunday, a date night, a big birthday, a business lunch, or a spontaneous after-work cocktail.
Brunch & Lunch is served from 12pm to 4pm, with options for everyone from Land & Sea — sourdough loaded with fried eggs, avocado, smoked salmon, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach — or the Layered Pancakes stacked with maple syrup, streaky bacon and fried eggs. This is the ultimate brunch and yap location.
The lunch menu steps things up further, with standouts including a 26-Day Aged Rump Steak with pink peppercorn sauce and triple-cooked chips, Seared Seabass with lobster bisque shallot and white wine sauce, and a Canadian Lobster Salad – all with a side of iconic views.
The Bottomless Brunch, we all know and love – 90 minutes of free-flowing drinks and a choice of a main (the crispy chicken kiev with truffle chips? Yes.) £54.95 per person.
The most elevated Afternoon Tea in Newcastle offers a selection of finger sandwiches — think free-range egg mayonnaise with watercress, smoked ham and cheddar, chicken caesar wrap — followed by warm fruit scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam, then a dessert tier featuring Pink Raspberry Cheesecake, Lemon Sponge Cake, White Chocolate Mousse and Caramel Macaroon.
As evening rolls in, the restaurant shifts into a different gear. The A La Carte menu is where the kitchen really shows its range. Starters range from Lobster Baos (soft bao buns stuffed with juicy lobster, smoky panca chilli aioli, Oscietra caviar and celery) to Wagyu Tostadas with teriyaki glaze and salsa verde, Beef Tataki with red chilli and fig jam puree, and Chilli King Prawns seared in a fiery chilli sauce.
Mains include lobster and scallop ravioli, black ink linguine with mussels, king prawns and cherry tomatoes, lamb chops marinated in red pepper and sweet paprika, and a grill section featuring cuts including Himalayan Salt Aged Rib Eye, 48-Day Aged Wagyu Sirloin, and a Grade 1 Wagyu Ribeye A5, with the option to upgrade any steak with lobster tail, king prawns or half lobster. It’s the most perfect date night option we can think of.
For those who just want to settle in with a cocktail and something to share, the Lounge, Drinks & Small Plates menu runs every day until late, designed for easy, relaxed dining in a stylish setting.
Let’s not forget Sunday Lunch – homemade, generous and properly done. Roasted meats, golden potatoes, seasonal vegetables, rich gravy and all the trimmings, no shortcuts, served in a setting that makes Sunday feel like an occasion worth dressing for.
A room that evolves with the night
The interior of 3Sixty is another level (excuse the pun). Gold accents, soft lighting, plush interiors – it’s polished without being pretentious, sophisticated without ever feeling stiff.
By day, it’s a calm, elegant space that lets the views do the talking. By night, with the city lights twinkling below and live music filling the room. There’s something genuinely special about sipping a handcrafted cocktail as a pianist plays and Newcastle glitters beneath you, giving a level of atmosphere the city’s ground-floor venues simply can’t replicate.
The best place to celebrate
3Sixty has become Newcastle’s go-to destination for people who want their celebrations to feel like celebrations. Birthdays, anniversaries, hen dos, baby showers, graduations – the team here understand that the right setting turns a good occasion into an unforgettable one. Private hire options mean you can take the space entirely for yourself, while the venue’s flexible layout accommodates everything from intimate dinners to full party nights.
For those in the corporate world, it’s equally impressive. Client entertaining, networking events, product launches, team occasions. And when the room itself is 26 storeys above the city with panoramic views and impeccable service, the evening practically runs itself.
The gift of 3Sixty
Can’t decide on the perfect present? 3Sixty’s gift vouchers do the hard work for you. Choose from Afternoon Tea for Two, Three or Four, or a monetary gift card in amounts from £10 to £1,000. It’s a gift the keeps on giving.
Wine, dine and skyline
In a city that takes its food and drink seriously, 3Sixty occupies a category of its own. There is nowhere else in Newcastle where you can brunch, lunch, dine à la carte, sip cocktails, dance and watch the sun set over the entire city, all from the same venue.
Whether you’re a Newcastle local who’s never quite made it up there, or someone looking for one of the city’s finest nights out – this is your sign to visit.
