“It was quite a difficult one because it was a flat with a different kind of drainage system,” Joel says. “They wanted a wet room, but they wanted it as low as possible.”

“We added a green feature tile and paired it with a green basin, so it all ties together,” Joel explains.
Gunmetal fixtures run throughout the space, from the rainfall shower to the basin tap and towel radiator, adding a contemporary edge while maintaining a calm, understated feel.
The bathroom also features a concealed toilet for a sleek, minimal look and a floating vanity unit that enhances the sense of space. Integrated lighting adds a modern touch, with a backlit mirror and a recessed shower niche creating both functionality and ambience.
