A CALM ESCAPE FROM EVERYDAY LIFE

Step inside Flow&Reform and you’ll instantly feel the difference. Think calming, warm lime-washed walls, soft green foliage, natural wood panelling and textured finishes — a space intentionally designed to help you escape the noise of daily life.

Located on Front Street in Winlaton, Gateshead, the studio is easy to reach from the A1, with plenty of parking right outside and in nearby car parks. No rushing, no stress — just arrive, breathe and move.

YOGA & REFORMER FOR EVERYBODY

Flow&Reform is all about studio awareness and accessibility. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, curious about Reformer Pilates or already have an established practice, you’ll find classes that meet you where you are.

The studio offers yoga and mat-based classes, Reformer classes, running Monday to Sunday. What we love is that there are even 1-1 sessions available on request, so you can really get to grips with Pilates.

Don’t have time to come to class due to a busy schedule? A growing library of 15–25 minute online, on-demand yoga classes so you can fit them into your own time.

All classes are booked in advance via the Flow&Reform app, keeping class sizes small and personal.

CLASSES TO SUIT YOUR MOOD

Not sure where to start? There’s something for everyone.

Foundations Yoga is perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to slow things down and really focus on the basics, with plenty of support and guidance.

Vinyasa is a stronger, more dynamic flow, linking movement with breath and offering opportunities to explore more challenging postures if you want to.

Rest & Restore is exactly that — nourishing, floor-based postures designed to help you unwind and reset for the week ahead.

Meditation & Breathwork with Issy offers a beautifully calming space to slow down, connect inward and learn the power of your breath.

Some yoga classes even finish with an optional head massage and assisted savasana — a little extra magic for your nervous system.

Reformer Flow blends yoga and Pilates-inspired movements using the Reformer machines, building strength, balance and core stability. Classes are layered so they’re accessible for all levels, while still offering a challenge if you’re ready for it.

MEET BECKY, THE HEART BEHIND FLOW&REFORM

Flow&Reform is run by Becky, a former NHS nurse of 10 years and mum of two, who understands first-hand the importance of looking after both body and mind.

After years of practising yoga and completing her teacher training with YogaXLife, Becky made the brave decision to step away from nursing in January 2025 to fully commit to her studio — and hasn’t looked back since.

Her classes are relaxed, welcoming and expectation-free. Come as you are, move how you can, and know you’ll always be supported.

MORE THAN JUST A STUDIO

Flow&Reform is a small, friendly business rooted in community. The studio shares its space with EC Aesthetics, a private clinic run by Emily, Becky’s sister-in-law, and sits next door to a much-loved local cake shop — perfect for a post-class coffee and treat.
