The autumn wellness events at The Glasshouse bringing together music and spirituality

Music that heals, connects and restores – that’s the idea behind Spirituality in Sound, a new five-part workshop series coming to The Glasshouse this autumn.

Led by North East neo-folk artist Shannon Pearl, each session explores how sound can support emotional wellbeing, combining ancient ritual, modern mindfulness and the simple power of shared experience.

Shannon, known for her ethereal “witch-pop” sound and nature-inspired spirituality, will weave together music and energy work in a way that’s accessible to everyone. “You don’t have to be good at creating music,” she explains. “Taking part in the process is where the magic really lies.”

Across five sessions, you’ll find new ways to slow down, reset and reconnect.

“The Glasshouse is recognising the profound link between spirituality and sound,” Shannon says. “These sessions are about helping people reconnect — with themselves and with each other.”
