Beginner
Ideal for anyone new, nervous or managing injuries. Expect a hands-on, attentive approach and a slower pace that still builds confidence and strength.
Taster sessions
Just curious? These short sessions are for those who want to try the reformer machines and get a feel for the studio without committing to a full programme.
Mixed ability
Suitable for all levels, with modifications and progressions tailored to your individual needs by expert instructors.
Men’s only
Designed to target men’s health and strength goals, with a focus on athletic performance, mobility and endurance.
Pre and postnatal
Specialist classes and 1:1 support for every stage of pregnancy and beyond, taught by experienced instructors.
1-1 sessions
If you prefer something more private, Kore+ offers one-to-one, one-to-two and small group sessions.
MEET KERRY: FOUNDER, INSTRUCTOR AND PILATES POWERHOUSE
Kore+ was founded by Kerry Quinn, a Pilates master teacher and school director with decades of experience in movement and therapy. She launched the studio in 2023 and spent 18 months teaching classes and 1:1 therapy herself before expanding the team in 2024.
This year saw another milestone — investing in Reformer machines and rebranding the studio. Kerry is also the owner of UK Premier Pilates Teacher Training School Ltd, which is launching a residential training programme in Whitley Bay next year, blending online learning with in-person practicals. Barre, Reformer yoga and comprehensive Pilates teacher training will all be on the menu for 2026.
