Ad Gefrin’s Mulled Tácnbora

Serves: 2

INGREDIENTS

50ml Ad Gefrin’s Tácnbora

50ml Kitty’s Ginger Wine

15ml Honey syrup

100ml Apple juice

20ml Lemon juice

Cinnamon sticks/seasonal spices (optional)

METHOD

The Mulled Tácnbora is as simple as adding all ingredients into a saucepan and simmering on low/medium heat until the temperature hits approx. 65’c

HLN TOP TIP: Be careful not to let the liquid boil, a kitchen thermometer will help.
