Wild Walk: Bird Calls – Washington Wetland Centre
Enjoy an hour-long walk around Washington Wetland Centre with reserve warden Kate, who will tell you all about the different bird songs you encounter.
You’ll hear the calls of various birds, like the chiffchaff, blackcap, black birds, wren and robin. Kate will also show you how to use the ‘Merlin’ app to ID these birds yourself!
This is a lovely opportunity to get out into nature, learn a thing or two and even snap some great photos.
