Over around two hours in Chopwell Wood, facilitator Liam Black shares how he learned to forage, pointing out easily identifiable species, their habitats and the basics of identification, so you leave feeling more confident.
Afterwards, stick around to look over your finds, have a chat and, conditions allowing, a little cook-up with anything confidently identified. Expect mud, brambles and uneven ground, so dress for the woods.
