Wellness Weekend – Gateshead
The Glasshouse International Centre for Music transforms into a wellness retreat for Wellness Weekend, part of the venue’s Summer Mix Tape programme. At the heart of it is Yoga in Harmony, a guided yoga practice paired with live music, set against floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Tyne.
Across the weekend, visitors can also dip into Sound Baths, Drum Circles, Aromatherapy Meditations and a Cacao Ceremony, with every session designed to be welcoming, accessible and pressure-free. Come for one workshop or make a full day of it, and bring a yoga mat if joining Yoga in Harmony.
