Every Monday to Wednesday, Blackfriar’s restaurant holds tours of its very own St Dominic’s micro-brewery.
Learn about the rich history of the Chapter House where the brewery is housed – a building where friars once gathered for readings, discussions, daily tasks and community matters. You’ll also get a glimpse behind the scenes of the brewing process.
