The Snowman in Concert – County Durham
The EverReady Band returns to Bishop Auckland Town Hall to perform Howard Blake’s classic score live, alongside a screening of the much-loved 1982 animated film of Raymond Briggs’s The Snowman.
Wordless but for the soaring Walking in the Air, the film has been a Christmas fixture since it first aired, and hearing its score played live gives the story a fresh kind of magic. It’s a gentle, family-friendly way to spend a festive afternoon.
