Harbour House welcomes The Ritual Table on Sunday 2nd August, created with Hold and Alma Cacao as a slow, thoughtfully curated morning designed to help guests pause, reconnect and embrace the art of ritual.
The morning moves through the story and traditions of ceremonial cacao with a guided tasting, into grounding breathwork and meditation, before closing with a guided facial massage ritual using cacao oil. Expect simple practices you can carry with you long after the morning ends.
