The Pilates Shot X Emmys Coffee Pod – Sunderland
Victoria Stewart brings The Pilates Shot to Roker Beach for a joint session with Emmys Coffee Pod on Saturday 1st August, blending a 45 minute Pilates class with the cosy buzz of coffee afterwards.
Open to Pilates regulars and the simply curious alike, the session is built around good energy, good moves and good coffee, with plenty of room to mingle, stretch and sip in a relaxed setting by the beach. Everyone gets a free hot shot at the end, with a few extra goodies thrown in too.
