Tapping into Tapas with Steph – Jasmine Yoga
In Sanskrit, ‘Tapas’ denotes the cultivation of self-discipline, passion and courage in order to burn away ‘impurities’ – physical, mental and emotional.
During the afternoon, yogi Steph will build up the heat through core strength movements and balance postures. Incorporating flowing poses and longer holds, the aim is to tap into your inner self-belief and compassion.
After the invigorating class, you’ll cool down with some stretching and a summer visualisation, before finishing things off with a drink and a sweet treat overlooking the waves.
