Spring Supper Club at The Factory Kitchen – The Biscuit Factory

Experience a taste sensation during The Biscuit Factory’s four-course Spring Supper Club menu.

The Factory Kitchen’s head chef, Michael Waugh, will showcase the best of Northumbrian ingredients in a selection of carefully prepared dishes, including Crispy Pork Belly Salad, Roast Fillet of Hake with Red Pepper, Bean & Chorizo Stew, and Rhubarb & Custard Panacotta.

Each course will be paired with a lip-smacking wine, and you’ll also receive a welcome drink on arrival. Vegetarian options also available.
