RUN. STRETCH. DIP – Tynemouth
James Powles brings Run. Stretch. Dip. to Tynemouth, in a coastal collaboration with Geordie Run Club.
James Powles teams up with Geordie Run Club on Saturday 18th July, meeting at Tynemouth Clock Tower for a 90-minute morning combining a run, a beach yoga session and a sea dip.
Choose from a 3, 4 or 5km route before heading to King Edward’s beach for a runner-friendly yoga class, then cool off with a dip in the sea. All paces and levels are welcome, just bring a yoga mat and dry clothes for afterwards.
