Pumpkin Pie Making – Newcastle
Pink Lane Bakery hosts an evening course in pumpkin pie making at its training workshop in Baker’s Yard, just 10 minutes from Gosforth High Street.
Led by the bakery’s head pastry chef, the hands-on class covers creating a buttery sweet pastry and a smooth, velvety pumpkin filling spiced with warming autumn flavours, from mixing and rolling the dough through to baking a beautifully crisp golden crust. Tea, coffee and light refreshments are provided, and you’ll go home with everything you’ve made along with the recipes to bake it again at home.
