Paper Pet Portraits – Whitley Bay
Paper Pet Portraits is a hands-on collage workshop for children, run by local artist Suzie Winsor upstairs at The Bound bookshop.
Over an hour, little ones colour, cut and stick their way to a portrait of their favourite animal, from a much-loved pet to a jungle creature, or one dressed up for the spooky season.
Suzie provides all the papers, scissors, glues, stickers and materials, so there’s nothing to bring but imagination. Sessions are small, with up to eight children each joined by an adult, and it’s aimed at ages four to 11.
