NHSG x Hjem – Newcastle High School for Girls
Newcastle High School for Girls (NHSG) is set to host an extraordinary one-night-only dining experience in collaboration with the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant Hjem.
Normally based in the picturesque village of Wall, Northumberland, Hjem is renowned for its unique approach to food, blending the best of Northumbrian ingredients with Scandinavian influence.
The opportunity has been made possible thanks to NHSG alumna and co-owner of Hjem, Ally Thompson-Nietosvuori, who, alongside her husband, has led the restaurant to Michelin-starred success. The special menu devised for the evening includes canapes, four courses and wine.
All proceeds from the event will support NHSG’s 150th Anniversary Bursary Appeal, delivering on the School’s aim to reach as many girls as possible.
