Menopause Walk + Talk – Coastal Edition

Join the next Menopause Walk & Talk, swapping the city paths for the North East coastline.

They’re bringing women together for a relaxed, supportive walk to chat, connect, and share the real stuff about menopause.

Led by Angela from Freya Clinic, nutritionist and menopause specialist, and Anna’s Place Newcastle, these walks are all about community, fresh air, and feeling a little more you again.

Second Walk Details:

Meet at The Watch House, Cullercoats

Route Overview:

Walk from Cullercoats to Tynemouth and back — roughly three miles in total, taking around 1hr 15min at a relaxed pace. Expect fresh coastal air (they say it’s good for the soul — and honestly, they’re right), gentle movement, and easy conversation with people who get it.

Go for the walk, stay for the community, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and beautifully connected.

A huge crowd of people dressed in festival attire stand behind a railing facing forward to an unseen stage. Many of them raise their arms in the air and sing along. In the background, the large structure of St James Park stadium can be seen.
