You’ll learn the history behind kimchi and why it’s such a beloved staple of Korean cuisine, with all ingredients, materials and tools provided. Choose between vegan or original kimchi, and customise your batch as traditional or spicier to taste. Everyone leaves with their own jar of kimchi they’ve made themselves, with the option to make an extra jar for a loved one for just £6.00.
