Historic Photo Trail – Washington Wetland Centre
Washington Wetland Centre will be celebrating its 50th birthday with a number of exciting and fascinating events, including this historic photo trail around the reserve.
As you wander around the centre and its nature areas, keep an eye out for photos of the site in its past.
They will paint a surprising picture of how the reserve has changed over the years, from being a working farm all the way up to its status as a wetland haven today!
