Great North Run Shake Out – Darlington
Kip & Nook hosts the ultimate pre-Great North Run shakeout experience, with a 5km at your own pace or a 10km race for those wanting a proper effort before Sunday.
Whether you’re toeing the start line in Newcastle or just coming along for some morning miles, this is one of the most social run club events in the area.
Runners, non-runners, supporters and nervous first-timers are all welcome, no exceptions. Expect a live DJ to get you warmed up and cheering you home, plus legendary coffee and freshly baked treats to refuel afterwards. Two prizes are up for grabs in the 10K, with the first man and first woman across the line each winning a Kip & Nook voucher worth £150.
