Settle in with pillows, blankets, a yoga mat and an eye mask all provided, leaving cares at the door for 90 minutes of uninterrupted rest. With space for just 10 to 12 people, each session is a small, peaceful gathering, bring only water and the intention to relax. Doors open 15 minutes before the session begins.
