End of Summer Silent Disco – Gateshead
The Glasshouse closes out summer with an End of Summer Silent Disco, an August Bank Holiday boogie on The Concourse overlooking the Tyne.
Three channels play everything from 80s synth gold to 90s and 2000s throwbacks and fresh chart favourites, so whole friendship groups end up singing completely different songs, perfectly in time and completely out of sync.
Run by Awesome Silent Discos, known for throwing parties in unlikely places, the evening comes with bars on hand and golden-hour views across the river as the backdrop. Under-14s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
