Coffee Cupping – North Shields
Baristocracy Coffee hosts a monthly Coffee Cupping session, brewing three different coffees to taste, make notes on and discuss with fellow coffee lovers.
It’s the perfect opportunity to learn more about speciality coffee and start honing your flavour identification skills, whether you’re following up from a Coffee Appreciation course or completely new to the world of speciality coffee.
Whatever your experience level, everyone’s welcome, from total beginners to seasoned baristas keen to share their knowledge. It’s free to attend, with the group kept to a maximum of 10 people, and the roastery opens to the public from 12pm to 3pm afterwards, so it’s worth sticking around.
